We’re two sisters running this small handmade shop, so everything is crafted with care and shipped as quickly as we can. Because each piece is handmade, small variations make your item unique. All sales help support our buy-one-give-one mission in the Baltimore community. If there’s ever an issue with your order, just reach out — we want you to love what you get.

Customer Care

We want every customer to feel appreciated, supported, and taken care of. If you have questions, need help, or something doesn’t look right, please contact us and we’ll fix it as fast as we can. We’re students, but we’re committed to great communication, kindness, and making sure you have a positive experience with our shop.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. We do not sell, share, or store your personal information beyond what’s needed to process your order. All payments are handled securely through a trusted third-party payment service, which keeps your banking and card details safe — we never see or store that information ourselves. We only collect what we need to ship your items and stay in touch about your order. Thank you for trusting us!

 

Return & Refunds

Because every item is handmade, we want you to be genuinely happy with what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days so we can fix it, replace it, or issue a refund if needed. We can’t accept returns for normal handmade variations or general wear, but we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Shipping Policy

We ship items as quickly as possible—usually within 5–7 business days. Each piece is handmade, so during busy times it may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. Please make sure your address is correct at checkout; we can’t replace items sent to the wrong address.

Donation Policy

Our buy-one-give-one model is at the heart of what we do. For every item purchased, we donate a handmade hat or ear warmer to someone in need in the Baltimore community. If you choose to donate a hat directly, 100% of that donation goes toward creating and delivering items for local shelters, outreach teams, and community groups. We are committed to transparency and sharing updates on our impact whenever possible.
